How These Enzymes Work on Hard-to-Digest Foods

DPP-IV is an enzyme that breaks down the gluten protein in wheat and the casein protein in milk. Lactase breaks down lactose, the sugar in milk. Xylanase works on phenol-rich plant foods, and the rest of the blend covers protein, fat and starch. It supports digestion but does not replace avoiding foods you have been told to avoid.*
